accompanied by 4 mono-portion appetizers served in small glasses

• Marinated trout and trout roe
• Char and Forte's herbs
• Carne salada and its spices
• Trentingrana, in 3 consistencies, with sautéed porcini mushrooms

After the first serving each client may order a second glass of wine at a cost of € 5,-
and a second serving of appetizer at a cost of € 3,- per glass
Should a full bottle of wine be ordered, the cost is  € 28,-
